Eat more! It’s true. You can eat much better. But if you eat more then most of us will suffer. Our bodies are designed to work for us and not vice-versa. It’s not like we can eat more than we did yesterday. Our bodies don’t store up fat and then be starved of food. We just adapt to the new food we eat. It’s not like we can eat more if we eat less.
Food is a great example of this. We can eat more, but many of us eat less.
There is a lot of emphasis on weight loss here, but in general, healthy eating is about consuming the right amount of food at the right time of day. In other words, if you have a snack with a high sugar content, then chances are you are going to overeat. While not every meal is going to be high in carbs and fats, most of us are not going to be eating well.
