I’m not sure why, but it seems a little awkward to me that people celebrate a holiday that is supposed to be about bringing an end to the civil war. I mean, it seems like a lot of people are celebrating. I guess it’s just that the holiday is a holiday. But to me, it seems like a lot of people are doing it to feel connected to the war.
Well, as a military official, I can see why people would want to feel connected to war. But honestly, it’s not the war itself that’s important. It’s the loss of innocence, the sense of being on the losing side, and the hope of ending the war that really matters. I think that the military would be happy to celebrate the end of the war, if they didn’t feel bad for their soldiers.
Soldiers are not the only ones on the losing side of the war. Like most military men, the juneteenth military want to feel connected to the war. But as a Military Official I can just tell you that not many of the soldiers actually feel connected, and I’m not talking about the ones that feel bad for their comrades.
The military is probably the only institution that has a way to end the war without killing a single person. The purpose of a military holiday, or any other time of the year when you take a break from regular duty, is to let your soldiers get some rest and relax before they go back into battle. However, I’m not talking about taking a break from your regular job. I’m talking about stopping what you’re doing to go back and do something totally different.
