I love the lyrics to this song, “I just need some air. I just need some air.” and how it feels when I’m breathing in.
It’s a very relaxing and calming song. Not only is it a great piece of music, but it’s also a nice break from the day’s troubles. This would be a good way for you to calm down and relax.

But there is a big problem with music that has a background sound. It can actually be distracting. And as soon as you turn off your music, it makes you feel like a pig. The good news is meditation music is relaxing music. And that’s exactly what it is: relaxation music.
